Refund and Dispute Policy

Drio Advisory provides customised digital and advisory services.

Drio Advisory does not sell physical goods. All services are delivered digitally, and therefore no return policy for physical products applies.

Before payment, the customer will receive a clear description of the agreed service, scope and price.

Because our services are customised and work may begin shortly after an agreement is made, refunds are assessed based on the status of the individual project.

If work has not yet started, the customer may request cancellation and a refund.

If work has already started, any refund will reflect the work already completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred in connection with the project.

If a customer believes that a payment has been made incorrectly or has a dispute concerning a service, the customer should contact Drio Advisory directly so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting Drio Advisory.

If the request is received before work on the agreed service has started, the project may normally be cancelled without further charges and any advance payment may be refunded.

If work has already started, the customer may be charged for work already completed and any costs already incurred.

For ongoing service agreements, cancellation terms will be stated in the individual agreement with the customer.

Any specific cancellation terms agreed with the customer will take precedence over this general cancellation policy.

Legal and Export Restrictions

Drio Advisory provides digital and advisory services.

Our services are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

We do not knowingly provide services where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions or other legal requirements.

Drio Advisory reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where required by law or where providing the service would create a legal or regulatory conflict.

Promotions

Drio Advisory does not currently offer general promotional campaigns, discounts or promotional programmes.

If a promotion or special offer is introduced in the future, the applicable terms, eligibility requirements, duration and any limitations will be clearly communicated before the customer accepts the offer.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
